A historic Annville, PA, structure was damaged by fire on April 7. The building, owned by the Eileen and Nevin Hoover, housed the Flower Garden business. The Hoovers were planning to make the 19th century structure their home. Reynolds Restoration Services were hired to perform the clean-up and restoration.
