Background:
After a plumbing leak caused water damaged to the foyer ceiling of the Chulick Residence, Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) was hired to perform remediation services. Reynolds first repaired the water-damaged ceiling, salvaging what they could of the lighting fixtures.
RRS then performed negative air and antimicrobial treatments, ensuring the air was breathable for the residents after black spore growth was discovered on the ceiling joist. Reynolds Restoration Services then completed the restoration by repairing and painting the ceiling.
