Background:
Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) was hired by Advanced Coating for restoration services to their 20,000 s.f. production area and 2,000 s.f. office space, which were damaged by fire. The main damage was to the powder coating facility, which was demolished, with residual damage to connecting buildings.
RRS provided cleaning services for the remaining areas, such as shipping, robotics and blasting. Once this was done, RRS rebuilt new office and mezzanine storage areas, and two custom paint rooms. An engineered steel roof system was built for the new structure and the connected buildings received new rubber roofs. In addition, RRS acquired new mechanical equipment for Advanced Coating Technologies, Inc. for use in their new production area.
