Background:
The Gordner’s insurance agent hired Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) for emergency water extraction when a plumbing leak from the bathtub above destroyed their living room ceiling. The leak also damaged their hardwood floor and the duct work below the living room. RRS began by providing immediate dry-out services to the family.
Once dry-out was complete, RRS cleaned and repaired duct work in the ceiling that was damaged by the water. Then, the restoration team went to work on repairing the drywall, refinishing the hardwood floor, and painting the walls and ceilings.
