Background:
Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) was hired by Hill Rigging for restoration services to their 18,000 s.f. facility, which was completely destroyed by fire. RRS was crucial in setting up Hill Rigging’s operations so they could fulfill existing contracts. RRS provided emergency services in the first twenty-four hours, which consisted of setting up temporary office facilities and cleaning salvageable contents.
RRS worked to remove and clean salvageable contents. Once this was done, the entire building was razed, leaving a 100’ x 200’ slab, which needed repairs. RRS was then able to recondition the slab, construct new piers on the slab, replace blacktop, and rebuild the building itself. Once reconstruction was complete, RRS fit out the new office and Hill Rigging was back to business as normal.
