Background:

The Walters family hired Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) when wind caused a rotted tree to crash into their cabin roof, causing cosmetic and structural damage to the dining area of their vacation home.

RRS was brought in by their insurance agent to remove the fallen tree and assess the damage. The impact of the tree caused the floor beams to crack and three structural piers under the cabin broke apart. RRS reinforced the floor joists, removed the damaged piers and re-poured new. RRS then went to work on the replacement of the roof, finishing up with the cosmetic repairs inside. Damaged drywall was replaced and the room was repainted.
