Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) was hired by Fort Indiantown Gap to remediate the effects of a vehicle fire in their service bays attached to their air flight support facility.
RRS met with base administrators to establish goals and milestones to get the flight operations facility back in operation as soon as possible. The building needed to be cleaned of soot and contaminants resulting from the fire. Air quality testing was performed to insure the safety of building occupants as well as restoration workers.
The process involved deploying 35 restoration cleaners working multiple shifts. Project Management included subcontractor coordination, acquiring specified materials and maintaining the project schedule.
